Timm has served in full time ministry for over 20 years, leading both staff and volunteer teams spanning generational and multi-cultural audiences from church plants to mega churches. Whatever the audience, he is a passionate communicator who uses humble, open transparency to translate truth messages into moments that penetrate the heart. 

He is a licensed minister available for funerals and weddings.

One of Timm's greatest passions is helping people find where they fit. This is a skill that has been honed and crafted over years, in both corporate and non-profit sectors. He has experience in high volume & full desk recruiting, ATS management, and coordinating with executive and managerial leadership to align expectations and protect experiences for both internal and external customers.

As an idea engine, he has used every media format imaginable to take the mission and values of an organization from idea to inception. He has experience with mailers, mainstream social platforms, and monitoring, analyzing, and extracting data to help get your message to the masses.

With over 20 years experience in creating digital media, Timm has proficient skill in everything from Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, live streaming, and creating and telling stories across a variety of mediums.
